Family Security Playbook for businesses & organizations Sign in
For computer repair shops, MSPs and security providers

You're the one people call after a scam. Hand them a plan with your name on it.

Unlimited personal and small office playbooks under your brand, a written recovery report for every scam job, and free tools your customers will share.

What's in the toolkit

Unlimited playbooks, your brand

Personal playbooks for every household you help, and Small Office Security Playbooks for your business clients, all with your name, logo and phone.

A recovery report for every scam job

Your tech fills it in during the job. The customer leaves with a report in your name: what happened, what you fixed, what they still need to do with the right numbers, and the facts their bank, the FTC and the FBI will ask for.

Everything else, too

Start a playbook on the spot and walk a customer through it at the counter. Your own scam quiz, practice calls and office scam drill to share, the workshop kit, codes by email or spreadsheet, and printed copies through your own Lulu account.

How it works

  1. Sign upYour organization page opens as soon as payment goes through.
  2. Add your brandYour name, logo, phone and website appear on every playbook, page and email. Give each tech their own login.
  3. Build one at the counter"Build one with a client now" starts a personal or office playbook on the spot. Walk them through it, and they leave with a code to update it later.
  4. Write up every scam jobThe recovery report records what happened, what you fixed and what the customer still needs to do, with the right numbers for their state.

Everything included. Pick by the size of your team.

Every plan has the full toolkit. The only difference is how many techs sign in. Each tech gets their own login with a second step, so nobody shares a password.

Questions

What does "unlimited" mean on the full toolkit?

Create as many personal and small office playbook codes as your customers need, within a fair-use ceiling that grows with your plan: 500 personal and 50 office codes a month on Shop, 1,500 and 150 on Team, 5,000 and 500 on Unlimited. Yearly plans get twelve months of personal codes at once. That's far more than a busy shop uses. If you reach it, email us and we'll raise it. If you cancel, your organization page stops creating codes at the end of the period you've paid for.

What's in a recovery report?

What happened and when, what your tech checked and fixed, the accounts and devices involved, what the customer still needs to do (with their bank's and carrier's numbers and their state's fraud contacts), and the facts their bank, the FTC and the FBI will ask for. It never prints passwords or full account numbers.

What counts as a tech?

Anyone you invite to your organization page: each person signs in with their own login and a second step (an authenticator app, a passkey or a security key). Owners invite and remove people from the People card. An open invitation counts until it's accepted or cancelled. There's no shared password, so a login can't be passed around.

Can we change plans?

Yes. Move up from your organization page when you need more techs, and we'll refund the unused part of the old plan. To move down, remove techs until you're within the smaller plan, then email us.

What if sign-in stops working?

Email jeff@jcady.org. We can turn on a shared password for your organization for a few days while it's fixed.

Can we offer small business clients an office plan?

Yes. Office codes open the Small Office Security Playbook for one organization, with your name on it and a year of edits. Your clients can take the free checkup first, and its results carry into their plan.

Can we send our clients a monthly security tip?

Yes. Add client emails (with their OK) and each gets one small security task a month, sent with your name. It keeps you in front of them between jobs.

Can we cancel?

Yes, any time. Your organization page stops creating codes at the end of the period you've paid for; playbooks your customers already downloaded are theirs to keep.
